Thanks Pat, it started with just an idea. Pat walked me through the whole thing from planning, drawings, permits and finally building the addition to our bedroom. Mind you it is not big @ 400 square feet, but how it would all connect to the existing walls, roof and floor was a job well done. The addition looks like it has always been a part of the house. With all the same type of siding, trims and finishing, all in just under a few weeks which seems like a flash.

Our first exposure to Pat and his team was about 6 years ago when we had a bathroom that needed a ceiling fan. We had other folks come out to take a look at the job and said it couldn't be done because of the wiring difficulties. Pat came out and sized up the situation and said that although it wouldn't be easy it could be done and proceeded to do a fabulous job in getting the fan in, and in the location that we had wanted it. Last year we decided to do a bit of kitchen renovation in expanding an existing island to include a bump-up bar which included a tiled granite top, installing a new gas cook top and the installation of pendant lighting over the island. We could not have been more thrilled with how it all turned out and working with Pat and his crew was again a wonderful experience. Kelley Home Services (Pat Kelley owner) is a comfortable company to have work on your home. They are intelligent contractors and they do good work. If Pat’s crew doesn't do a particular type of work, he knows very good people who do. And there isn't very much that Kelley Home Services doesn't do. They have done quite a bit of work for me. I just purchased a home and it needed some work done to it. From painting the interior, installing new sinks and toilets, installing hand rails in the shower, roof cleaning, installing ceiling fans, installing additional electrical outlets in the garage and on the outside of the home, taking out the old and installing a new shower surround and plumbing. I have a spinal problem and there are quite a few things that I just can’t do myself. Boy! Did they help me out! There isn't anything that has failed or wasn't what I asked for. Pat’s prices are very reasonable. After the first job that they did for me, I hadn't even thought of trying anyone else. They do the work very well and leave you with a feeling of confidence. I’m very happy with ALL the work that they have done for me and plan on continuing to call Pat when I need any more work done.
